Shipping and Returns

We offer Free USPS Priority Flat Rate shipping within the US.

We currently do not ship outside the US.

All sales are final. We do offer returns if your minky item arrives damaged or flawed.  We do inspect each item before shipping and try to ensure every item is perfect but if we miss something we will pay return shipping and either fix the problem or issue a full refund. Request for return of your item must be made within 14 days from purchase. 

In Stock items will ship with 5 business days. 

Shipping for Pre-Order or Custom items will vary depending on availability of print or luxe fabric you choose for your custom minky item. We work with each customer one on one for custom and pre order items. Turn around time for pre order or custom order minky items will range from 4 to 8 weeks.
